In March, the construction progress of Nirata has entered the stage of building the framework for the rooms and connecting communal spaces with the other three rooms. Recycled woods have been erected as part of the building's framework.
The Nirata construction phase can be said to have reached 60% completion. Currently, we are facing challenges due to high rainfall. However, this can be prevented through clear work schedules and strategic construction planning. Thus, the high rainfall has been predicted and considered as a risk in the construction process. To minimize this risk, the project management team along with the Site Supervisor has designed a well-adjusted work schedule.
